How to Convert Microsoft Excel Workbook to PDF

To convert an Excel workbook to a PDF, do the following:

Click “Print”. Select the “Universal Document Converter” printer from the list and click the “Properties” button. Click “Load Settings” and select the “UDCDefault” profile. Go to “Post-Processing” and click “Open output folder”.Click “OK” and then click “Close” to apply the changes to the workbook.

Open the “Page Setup” dialog on each worksheet and be sure that the same value is selected for “Print quality”, 300 DPI in this example. If the “Print quality” values are different, each worksheet will be converted to a separate PDF file.

Click “Print” again. Then click “Entire workbook”. Click “OK” to start the conversion process.

You’ve done it! The whole workbook is now converted to a single multipage PDF!

«I use all of the MS Office programs with the Universal Document Converter being an indispensable addition for creating PDF files and converting files to JPG and TIF file formats. The Universal Document Converter is intuitive in its structure, easy to handle and, most importantly, extremely reliable. Currently, I am using the 6.0 version on Windows 7 and I am very happy with it.»
