Convert AutoCAD DWG to TIFF

Saving AutoCAD drawings as TIFF files is easy if Universal Document Converter is installed on your computer.

Step 1: Open the drawing in AutoCAD and click Plot

Step 2: Change What to plot option to Extents. Check Center the plot and Fit to paper features.

Step 3: Select Universal Document Converter from the list and click Properties…

1. Open the drawing and click Plot
2. Select Universal Document Converter from the list of plotters and click Properties
3. Select Custom Properties on the Device and Document Settings tab and click Custom Properties button in the Access Custom Dialog area
4. Change the size of the page according to your preferences in the Universal Document Converter settings panel
5. Change the destination file format to the TIFF Image
6. Select Append all documents to the existing file feature like shown on the screenshot below

After this all the drawings you intend to virtually print will be appended to the TIFF file you selected in the Output location area.

1. Add the drawings you would like to convert to the list of files to be converted
2. Select Universal Document Converter printer
3. Click Change Settings to set the destination folder and TIFF Image as an output file format
